Rhode Island

Randy Weiss saw this mathematically significant roadsign and knew instantly that it smacked of Avogadro’s Number! He pulled off the highway and ferreted the back streets to find a view of the sign.

Mr. Weiss had to hunker down for a while to get the math to work out though. Elegant? No. But it does work.

This sign is on I-95 as you go through Providence, Rhose Island. See sign on map!
