Twenty To Hawley

Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania furthers it’s string of mathematically significant roadsigns with another find from, you guessed it, David Slauenwhite. Hawley is a city with significant history. The history of Hawley is rich with many industries, mainly coal.

This is the type of wonderful sign that spurned the creation of Road Sign Math. It’s so blazingly obvious, with the only complication being the order of the sign, placing the largest number on top.

2 \times 10 = 20

This sign is found in Pennsylvania on US 6 westbound as it sends off PA 1005. The GPS coordinates for this sign are approximately N41 21 29.0 W74 53 18.2. See sign on map!
