David Slauenwhite contributes this incredible sign from Pennsylvania. The names on this sign are straight out of a sci-fi novel. Starting first with Meshoppen and then going to the even more bizarre Mehoopany. I’m seriously considering moving to Mehoopany just so that I can tell people that I am from Mehoopany, Pennsylvania. I find myself wondering what events they celebrate at the Mehoopany Summer Festival. When Mehoopanians get together for Sunday brunch, do they have any special rituals? If a Meshoppenian and a Mehoopanian join in marraige, is it like matter and anti-matter?
