Another sign from Wellsboro, PA (see Wellsboro) from Pennsylvania road sign afficionado David Slauenwhite. This sign points to highway 660 which will take you directly to the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania, and connects the village of Ansonia which is the northern terminus of the trail that goes through said canyon. This sign assembly brings us our second pi sign!

The math is fairly complicated here. First, we need to revisit the rules on the “Draper Baptist Church” sign that is attached. Remember that rule #1 specifies that only official, highway signs are eligible. As a result, this attached sign is invalid and not required in the resulting formula. All other signs must be used however.
Only 0.002762 away from pi. (See Constant Clarification) Not quiet as close as Slice of Pi!
This sign comes from Wellsboro, PA where highways 660 and 3007 intersect. The GPS coordinates are approximately N41 44 37.1 W77 18 49.8. See sign on map!
Ed.: This takes Pennsylvania to an incredible eleven mathematically road signs! This is a huge lead over the state with the next greatest number of signs, New Mexico with 5. Pennsylvania’s incredible lead is entirely the work of Mr. Slauenwhite, who has contributed all eleven of these great signs.
