Gerald Thurman brings another mathematically significant roadsign, this one from a rather historic location. This sign is right on the east side of the historic Cornish-Windsor Covered Bridge. It is a stunning covered bridge. There is some little type on the bottom of this sign. Under close scrutiny and with input from experts, it was determined that that read “NATL SITE”. No numbers contained to disqualify this sign.

The math here uses the great “double square” rule to find it’s solution.
12 - 10 = \sqrt{\sqrt{16}}
This sign is located on the east-end of the bridge connecting New Hampshire with Vermont. The GPS coordinates are approximately N43.47386 W72.38359. See sign on map!
